This company is actually evil. There's a little old man named Monty that built ponds locally with his own hands for 25 years, loyally using Oregon Aquatics as his sole retailer. His last job skipped town on the bill, leaving him in debt to Oregon Aquatics for the materials he used to build the pond, and this company has done everything they can to keep him working hard labor way past his retirement. They've added a monthly surcharge ON TOP of interest, which gobbles up his entire monthly payment to them. They know his payments aren't going towards his debt, and many customers - myself included - have come concerned. I have actually called to ask them to just remove the monthly surcharge so Monty can pay his debt and retire. He's 70 now, and he can hardly lift the rocks to build, but they refused to budge. We are pooling together money to try and fight for him. Please avoid this evil company!! They hate small contractors and sweet honest old men!

Amazing selection of plants at fantastic prices! I will 100% be going back. Staff were so friendly and helpful - they wanted to make sure that every single plant was healthy and would stay healthy when it got to my pond. I cannot recommend them enough!
